The Deluxe Rustler Leather Belt

One of Our Most Popular Western Patterns, with a Deluxe Hand-Finished Look

The Deluxe Rustler Leather Belt takes one of our most popular Western belt patterns and gives it an enhanced, hand-colored finish. A flowing Western vine-and-scroll pattern runs along the belt, with the raised vine remaining the natural color of the leather while the recessed background is individually colored by hand.

Choose from Red, Black, Dark Brown or Light Brown background treatments. The dye settles naturally into the ridges and recessed areas around the scrollwork, creating subtle variations and depth that highlight the pattern.

The edges are finished with a darker fade that blends into the background color. Red fades from black along the edges, Black transitions from brown, Light Brown fades from dark brown, and Dark Brown transitions from black. This graduated finish gives the Deluxe Rustler a richer, more dimensional appearance than the standard Rustler.

When a name is added, the hand-colored background stops before the personalized name area, allowing the name to stand out against the natural leather. The darker edge dye continues along the full length of the belt for a consistent finished appearance.

Each Deluxe Rustler is handcrafted and hand-finished in our Smyrna, Tennessee leather shop.

PERSONALIZATION

Choose Design Only or Include Name when ordering. If adding a name, enter it exactly as you would like it to appear on the belt and double-check the spelling before submitting your order.

Please limit personalization to 10 characters, including spaces.

On personalized Deluxe Rustler belts, the hand-colored background does not extend behind the name. The name is left against the natural leather for contrast, while the edge dye continues along the full length of the belt.

Personalized belts cannot be returned or exchanged unless we make an error in the personalization.

MADE TO ORDER

Each Deluxe Rustler belt is handcrafted after your order is placed in our Smyrna, Tennessee leather shop. Because every belt is individually made, dyed and hand-finished, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production, especially during busy seasons and holidays.

SIZING

Each handmade belt has seven holes spaced 1" apart. Your selected belt size is measured to the center hole.

For the best fit, measure a belt you already wear from the end of the buckle to the hole you use most. Use that measurement when selecting your belt size.
